Lymphoma . All these symptoms are consistent with lymphoma. The pain snd "swelling" in your neck could be enlarged lymph nodes. Best to get checked out by an md as blood tests will not show lymphoma in many cases but imaging might. Good luck.

I would not wait too long. Is there a family history of cancer? Do you have swelling anywhere else? Are the night sweats drenching.
