None. I agree with dr. Villaplana. Diet pills are a bad idea, rarely have a prolonged effect, can cause serious side effects, and can have an effect on the how Coumadin (warfarin) works. Better to steer clear.
Do nott. Over the counter meds and Coumadin (warfarin) need monitored. I've never been a big diet pill proponent. Can not take shortcuts when it comes to weight loss.

Anyone that is on Coumadin (warfarin) need to be aware of the drug drug interactions that occur and you will need to discuss with you doc and have the inr measured more frequently at the beginning. Diet pills only help to get you jump started on your diet. What you need is a change in you eating habits and exercise.
