Have had emg ncv & mri. Tests show pinced nerves in cervical & lumbar spine. Personal trainer claims core exercises will cure condition. Thoughts?

I hope your trainer can also "walk on water", as you possess structural pathology, and only surgery can alter the anatomy.
But exercises, especially mckenzie neck exercises might help control and quell symptoms, epidural steroid injections will decrease pain, motorized traction also. Find a skilled physical therapist and learn the correct approaches. Also, acupuncture.
