In brief: Why inflamed?
What is the cause of your liver inflammation? Avoiding alcohol is mandatory to prevent further damage.
Refrain from using tylenol (acetaminophen). Diet, other than avoiding alcohol, in not likely to treat an inflamed liver. See your doctor to determine the cause of liver problem and appropriate treatment.

In brief: Balanced, no alcohol
Acutely inflamed? Probably have meat/protein aversion.
Balanced intake; vegetarian sources may be better tolerated. As inflammation gets better, so does appetite. Chronic? Balanced. Scarring (cirrhosis)? Depends on staging. Usually no protein restrictions. No alcohol. Eat plenty of fruits, veggies, etc. Avoid very fatty foods, simple sugars- can add to fat deposition in liver which may aggrav.
