Not sure what you mean by low blood pressure? Pregnant women have slightly lower blood pressure than non pregnant women.
This is a normal physiologic response. Unless your blood pressure is so low that you have fainting spells your blood pressure may in fact be normal. This is an issue which will be easily addressed at your next prenatal visit. Share your concerns with your doc.
