Stress fractures in 4th toe, left foot, also in ball of foot, have healed. Now have pain in toe, not ball, when I curl my toes and lift. How to treat?

Saa a podiatrist. If the toe was fractured it may not be completely healed, or there may be some bone callous that is blocking motion. See podiatrist for exam and x-ray.
Neuritis. It is not unusual to get neuritis after a stress fracture. Injection therapy with a steroid can often be helpful. Physical therapy manipulation can also help.
