In brief: Opthal med in ear

Your eye medications aren't made for your ears and certainly not the outer ear.
Furthermore, you don't know if the outer ear has a bacterial infection or not (antibiotics only work on bacteria, not on viruses). What you are proposing is not recommended. Please see your primary medical doctor for a careful evaluation.

In brief: WHY WHY!

Please re-think your desire.
You would not put a truck tire on a car. See an ENT doctor for the correct pathway.

Before treating yourself for a problem that you can't see or evaluate very well, get your ear checked by someone who knows ears, like an ENT specialist!

In brief: Yes

Cipro (ciprofloxacin) drops will cover the bacteria causing ear canal infection.
Keep ear dry also until pain gone.
