In brief: None

There have been many studies of diets (fine gold), food colors, herbs, etc.
However, there have been no conclusive or definite study that proves its effectiveness. There have been numerous infomercials on herbals (focus factor, etc) but none of them are approved by the fda.

In brief: Don't go there

Adhd treatments have been well studied.
And repeatedly it has been found that things that work the best are stimulant medications. Get the trepidation any parent feels about any chronic med for a 6 year old. But keep this in mind - herbal alternatives for anything work because they are also pharmacological agents, but because they are unregulated and not standardized, you don't know what you get.
