Is a blood pregnancy test more accurate then the pee test if you coming off Depo-Provera?

Blood test is more. Sensitive than urine pregnancy test. It turns positive sooner if a woman is pregnant. Not that much more accurate but provides an answer sooner.

If I have all pregnancy symptoms and movements, but got the Depo-Provera shot on the 30th, would the home pregnancy test still give me an accurate answer?

Yes. If you are pregnant, the home pregnancy test would be positive. If the result is negative repeat the test 4-5 days later unless you get a period by then. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully. If you have any doubt, get a blood test for HCG level. Read more...

Stopped Depo in Nov. Now I've been experiencing a 2 week period with dark brown and now red. Took urine test & blood pregnancy test, both negative.?

Not unusual. After Depo your periods can take a while to become normally spaced and of normal length. Be sure to use two forms of birth control if you are not trying to become pregnant and expect that all will settle down in another month or two. Read more...
