Is it better to take a daily multivitamin, or to take juiceplus brand supplements (anyone familiar with these? )? Or perhaps it's best to take both?

In brief: Both helpful

Studies have supported the benefits of taking a multivitamin a day.
Taking too many separate vitamins, without any vitamin deficiency, may cause hypervitaminosis syndrome, which may lead to adverse effects. Vitamins, usually do not increase energy. Combining a healthy diet and 1 pill of a multivitamin per day is fine. Thanks.

In brief: Multivitamin + diet

A mulitvitamin, coupled with a healthy diet, would be best.
