In brief: Scar tissue, bowel
If you had a complete hysterectomy with removal of the ovaries you could have scar tissue present causing the pain.
You could also have bowel problems like diverticulosis or kidney stones. Symptoms vary. If you still have your ovaries you could have developed an ovarian cyst. If the pain is persistent and significant i recommend seeing a physician for evaluation.
