Can horizontally impacted wisdom teeth cause ear aches and loss of hearing?

Yes and (no?) Impacted teeth may cause referred pain, especially if there is inflammation or infection associated with them. I have never heard of nor believe that impacted lower wisdom teeth (and probably upper impacted wisdom teeth) can cause loss of hearing. I recommend that you discuss the removal of the wisdom teeth with an oral surgeon and your hearing loss with an ENT specialist.
Yes. Although there are a number of different causes for ear aches and loss of hearing, impacted wisdom teeth can cause some pain in the ear and problems hearing.
Yes/No. Earaches yes. Hearing loss no. For best results with wisdom teeth, make sure you are evaluated and treated by a board certified oral & maxillofacial surgeon. For hearing loss, see ENT doc.
