In brief: See your doctor
Websites like healthtap are excellent sources of medical information and provide a great forum for people to get information from doctors.
However, it is impossible to make a meaningful diagnosis from such little information. We are a "hands-on" profession and learn a great deal from talking to our patients and examining them; even more so if we have a relationship with them. Please see your dr.

In brief: Age related
If you are elderly, you may have diverticulitis often treated with antibiotics or surgery, if perforated.
If you are young and female, it may be related to your ovary. A pregnancy test should be drawn also to make sure this is not a tubal pregnancy. Other less serious diagnoses do exist but if the pain persists and you mount a fever, seek medical attention immediately.
