Ovarian cyst. Every month your ovaries, one at a time make 1 egg. After ovulation that cyst will form a corpus luteum which eventually will bleed. So normally every month you should have a bleeding cyst. To stop this you can take ocp or other hormonal contraception.
Ovarian cysts. Hemorrhagic cysts specially if recurrent or persistent needs to be differentiated from endometrioma. This differentiation could be done by serial ultrasound or laparoscopy.
