I am dealing with severe health anxiety. I have seen a therapist and taken celexa (citalopram) for a week. What else can I do?

In brief: Options.

It takes a while for your serotonin levels to increase with selective serotonin reuptake inhibits - so don't worry that the Celexa (citalopram) is not yet effective.
Check out progressive muscle relaxation, deep breathing exercises, qigong, taichi, acupuncture and acupressure as adjuncts to your treatment. Good luck.
