Sore throat, usually fever, a whittish covering over the tonsils, a fetid or foul breath, red spots on the soft part of the upper back of the throat, painful swallowing, enlarged tonsils, enlarged uvulae.
Perhaps a rash (sandpaper like) over the body and enlarged lymph nodes. You may have strep and not notice it so much. It can be mild. If suspected, get tested and treated.
