If you are born with one high arch and one normal arch won't you have bio mechanical problems over time esp if play sports?

Good observation. It is very possible. It is possible there is a limb length discrepancy in such an individual.
It is possible. Get evaluated by a professional. Custom made orthoces may benefit you.
Not necessarily. It varies. Some patients may have little or no problem at all in participating. Sometimes orthotics can also help. It is a little uncommon for a patient to have one high and one normal arch and this is sometimes associated with neurologic disorders, so you should probably be checked just to make sure there is no known underlying condition causing the asymmetry. Thank you.
