I'm taking antibiotics for a week now and missed my period. I did take a pregnancy test and came out negative. Can i still be pregnant?

In brief: Menses

Antibiotics will generally not affect your period, but the infection you are treating may delay your period.
If you think you may be pregnant go and get urine test strips from the pharmacy and test yourself. If you are negative and still have not gotten your period, test yourself again in 7-10 days.
