M 22week pregnant, nw having rythmic, painless contractions in round ligament area and around belly button. R these baby bumps/brixton hicks? Early labor?

Get seen by your OB. While round ligament pain and "braxton hicks" contractions are common at this point in pregnancy, the fact that you describe these complaints as "rhythmic" is bothersome to me. Usually false contractions do not occur in a predictable pattern (ie every 5-10 minutes). I think you should call your physician to be evaluated just to be cautious.
Could be both. Round ligament stretching from the growth of the uterus can cause braxton-hicks ontractions. Labor will increase their frequency, intervals, and intensity and unlikely at 22 weeks.
