After wearing for a week of bandage contact lense because of corneal abrasion, what possibly the doctor will intsruct next?

Contact lens off. If the cornea has healed completely, the doctor will take off the bandage contact lens in the next visit and possibly instruct the patient to stop the antibiotic drops.
Next steps. Hopefully the a abrasion is well healed and you can discontinue the lens. In that case your ophthalmologist will suggest lubricating drops for 1-2 weeks and advise you not to rub your eye. If the abrasion is still there or there are other problems, then some other pathway might be suggested.
