...Mostly water. Milk is good to supply the calcium, protein, and vitamin d that you are in turn feeding to the baby, but cow's milk sometimes causes allergy in mom, baby, or both, but if both of you are happy, cow milk for mom is good.
Mom's milk is, of course, best for baby.
