My baby has two crowns (where the hair starts) on her head. Is it normal? Or does it indicate some problem?

Yes, it is normal. Multiple crowns, while somewhat infrequent, are normal. Occasionally there may even be more than two, as in the case of one of my children who has a double crown where you would expect, and an additional one right at the hairline near his forehead.
Normal. It may mean while her hair is shorter, she is prone to cowlicks (where the hair stands up). I am not aware of this being something to worry about though. When her hair is longer, you won't even notice.
