Can a vitamin d deficiency or copper deficiency contribute to hair loss? My hair suddenly changed texture (became very thin and dry) and falls out.

In brief: Hair loss and vit D

A lot of things can contribute to hair loss.
The vast majority of us are deficient in vitamin d, so it is not a major contributor to hair loss. When i treat hair loss, i try to correct all the things that are correctable. You need to see a dermatologist.
