Weight watchers is a good way to diet and count calories. There are many others. If one will just cut back 500 calories a day, one shold lose 1/2 pound a week and thus 26 pounds in a year. Who wouldn't want to sign up today knowing in a year they would be 26 pounds lighter? Use reason, common sense and perserverance. Do it!
