Reproduceabe hip pain right above iliac crest. Ct scan of pelvis and abdomen neg and xray neg. All blood work normal. No groin pain. Please help!

I would suggest an MRI targeting the area of pain.
Had someone similar recently with very similar symptoms and multiple imaging studies. Finally MRI showed a muscle tear where the oblique muscles insert onto the iliac crest.
