Gallstone/pancreas. The most likely explanation is pancreatic problems or gallstones, but there are other possibilities like gastritis, duodenal ulcer, GERD or even esophagitis. If pt takes a lot of ibuprofen it could be NSAID gastritis. If fever or vomiting go to ER otherwise call your doctor to be seen as soon as possible, e.g tomorrow AM.
