In brief: TIA or seizure

Abrupt discontinuation of Xanax (alprazolam) while maintained on wellbutrin could precipitate a seizure.
It is possible that with its wear-off throughout the day that it could cause seizure-like events as well. Abrupt discontinuation of alcohol is also discouraged while on wellbutrin.

In brief: Not typically

Wellbutrin (bupropion) can cause seizures, which could be mistaken for tias.
