Rolled foot inwards, swollen a bit after 1 week, can walk and jump on it with no pain, sore to touch and if stretched, how long before I can playsport?

2-4 weeks. Sounds like a mild or grade 1 sprain or tear of ankle ligaments. Rule of thumb is if you can walk on you toes without a sensation of instability or weakness you can consider returning to sports. Up on your toes is the most unstable position for your ankle. Remember also you must crawl before you walk, walk before you run and run before you cut and jump: i.e. Natural progression of recovery.
