In brief: Further evaluation

I would suggest a work up to include further evaluation of your asthma which is being treated with Advair. The evaluation will include a pulse oximetry test with and without exercise.
These symptoms may be related to uncontrolled asthma. In addition, a TB test and CF screening test can be performed. A complete physical exam and history will determine other causes.
