In brief: Huh?

That is not a question.
What about chest pain would you like to know? There are a lot of causes, some serious and some minor.

In brief: Call 911?

You need to elaborate.
Chest pain can be very dangerous, or very benign. If you're having steady pain, trouble breathing, nausea, or just feel like something bad is about to happen to you, call 911. If you only have pain with deep breathing / coughing and it entirely goes away if you hold still, just talk to your doctor. If anything else, call your doctor right now to discuss.
