5 weeks pregnant but nothing showed on us, started lovenox (enoxaparin) today, scared of ectopic, would my ob have started the lovenox (enoxaparin) if he suspected an ectopic preg?

In brief: Depends

It would depend on how high your risk of clotting is.
An ectopic will take some time (hrs to cpl days) to grow to the size that it can be dangerous, so you do have time to get to your OB or to the er, should you actually have an ectopic. For now, if no pain, can rest.
