In brief: Maybe Ginkgo biloba?

In a single report, parsad d, et al (clin exp dermatol.
2003 may;28(3):285-7) demonstrated efficacy of oral ginkgo biloba in treating limited, slowly spreading vitiligo. A report in mice demonstrated efficacy of a mixture of vitamins (a, c, e), zinc & selenium. All of these agents have antioxidant effects. Preliminary stuff but worth a try. Avoid excessive zinc & selenium - that can get toxic.
