Tounge has small bumps and is sore just finished antibiotics?

Not unusual. Antibiotic therapy will many times not only eliminate the bad disease causing bacteria but will also reduce the good bacteria thus changing the oral enviroment . Changing this condition in the oral cavity often produces soreness, color changes, and even "bumps" to appear for a short time after antibiotic use. Proper cleaning and oral habits should return things back to normal in a short time.
Small bumps are comm. The bumps are taste buds, commonly they are noticed when an irritation occurs. Give some time. The recent use of antibiotics will allow overgrowth of fungus, usually candida. This will subside, as you move farther away from the antibiotic use.
