When salivary gland is swelling any other symptoms will come....

Seek an eval. Swollen salivary glands can be on the floor of the mouth, cheeks or palate. This can be indicative of an infection, blockage or a dysplasia of some degree. It is necessary to seek a dental eval asap. If it is an infection borne issue, you may note a fever, swollen glands and a possible increase or decrease in saliva. Most likely a benign treatable issue. Please seek care immediately.
See a doctor. It depends upon what is causing the swelling and if you have other issues. See a dentist or your physician for an evaluation.
