In brief: Seek an eval

Swollen salivary glands can be on the floor of the mouth, cheeks or palate.
This can be indicative of an infection, blockage or a dysplasia of some degree. It is necessary to seek a dental eval asap. If it is an infection borne issue, you may note a fever, swollen glands and a possible increase or decrease in saliva. Most likely a benign treatable issue. Please seek care immediately.
