Live in dry climate. Mouth, nose, skin very dry. Constant dry nose. Is it better to sleep w/ a warm, or cool mist humidifier? Have asthma & allergies.

Yes, but... Humidifier does provide extra moisture to upper airway, i.e., nose and throat. However, high humidity over 60% provides a favorable environment for the molds to grow and may aggravate asthma and allergy symptoms.
