In brief: Antihistamines &time
This is a frustrating problem. .
.But usually not serious. Daily use of antihistamines is necessary....Sometimes in higher than "usual" dosages...An allergist can help you with this ...And also help you be sure there is no cause....Other than bad luck.

In brief: Antihistamine
It is individual reactive process with noo underlying allergy.
Non sedating antihistamines such as surged and Allegra (fexofenadine) can help. Natural options include stinging nettle by mouth. In severe cases antihistamine can be combined with tagamet, a u2 antagonist.

In brief: Dermatographism
The treatment same as that for urticaria, which include anti-histamines, h1 or h2 antagonists and cortisone.
With the symptomatic approach, dermatographism has been found to be very difficult to treat as far its recurring tendency is concerned.
