1. Improve sleep hygiene, sleep adequately for 7-8 hours daily, , maintaining same eating and sleeping cycle.
2. Exercise regularly and find out what is causing fatigue is it sleep depreciation, stress, drug side effect etc 3. Eat healthy balance diet with lots of fruits and vegatables, high fiber diet 4. Make sure have daily good bowel movement. 5. Multi vitamin but not proved.
