The only concern is that taking calcium supplements can interfere with absorption of thyroid hormone, so if the penatal vitamin has calcium take it at least 2 hours after taking thyroid. Yes. Yes you can. I think it is wise for everyone to take a multivitamin. Prenatal vitamins can be a great multiple for women of childbearing age even if they are not currently pregnant. There are many good ones. My favorite brands include rainbow light and new chapter. Depends. Prenatal vitamins may have too much iron and Folic Acid in them. Folic acid is ok, but other forms are better. I would recommend advanced b complex by advanced orthomolecular research, ester c 500mg, and just eat well. Read more...
