I had surgery for an lingual hernia 4 weeks ago. I have noticed that it still looks like a hernia. I feel it when I cough or yell. I think its still?

Very common feeling. Hernia surgery in adults involves removing the hernia sac and placing mesh to cover the hole in the abdominal wall. It is common and expected for fluid to accumulate in the space where the hernia was; this can look and feel like a hernia initially. Not to worry: your body will slowly reabsorb this fluid. Regardless, if you have pain or this persists, you should go back to see your surgeon.
See your surgeon. This should be seen by your surgeon for a post op check to diagnose your concerns.
