In brief: Still have arthritis

You are learning to live with your pain.
You likely block it out while you're awake. Unfortunately, when you go to rest your defenses are down and you feel the pain more. Celebrex goes generic in 2014, until then you may need to find an alternative that you can take for your night-time pain. Try glucosamine/chondroiton, tylenol (acetaminophen) arthritis, or another nonspecific nsaid.
