In brief: 1 1/2 ounces
The baby should probably eat anywhere from 1 2/2 to 3 ounces per feed.
The baby needs about 2 ounces per pound of weight per day to grow adequately.

In brief: Breast or Bottle?
Breast fed babies average feeding every 3 hours, formula fed babies every 3-4.
On average a 2 week old will be eating between 1 1/2 to 3 ounces, but I have seen bigger boys eat 8.
