Vitamin water *sounds* like it's healthy but it's not.
One bottle has 7 teaspoons of sugar, even more than 12 oz bottle of coca cola [though i'm not saying that you should drink coke instead]. Plain water is healthiest. Crave flavor? Add a slice of lemon, lime, orange or cucumber. Make your own iced tea [flavored green tea or herbal tea]. More diy ideas in comment section.

Easy fridge iced tea: toss your tea bags and water in a pitcher and let steep over night in the fridge. Lots of yummy flavored herbal teas to tempt your taste buds. You can mix herbal tea concentrates [2 teabags, 4 oz hot water. Steep for 6-8 minutes. Add Stevia] with seltzer water to make great flavored fizzy drinks.

All great, except for the stevia, which in my opinion is as sweet as dirt and just as tasty. :)
