My lantus (insulin glargine) was stored in the fridge. While I was away it broke and the lantus (insulin glargine) was at 25-30°c for 5 days. The liquid is clear. Can I still use it?

In brief: Probably

This is from the package insert :store used (open) vials either in the refrigerator, between 36 and 46 degrees f (2 and 8 degrees c), or at room temperature, below 86 degrees f (30 degrees c).
To be safe, just check your bs more and see if it's consistent with your previous vials. Chances are it will still be fine.
