Hi, I have a torn meniscus for last 4 years. I want to repair it naturally. .. Without surgery. .. I feel pain all the time. .

No. It is very rare for a meniscus to heal without intervention. It really depends on where the tear is. If it is peripheral, it can be sewn together if at the time of surgery it looks like an appropriate option. These choices really are made in surgery. Some will advocate injecting prp into the tear but there is mixed information on this. If you have had this for 4 years, i doubt it will ever heal.
