Pain, nausea, vomit. Gall bladder attack usually starts after fatty foods, often evening, with dull, achy pain in right upper quadrant of abdomen, maybe midline; often radiates into back, between shoulder blades, crescendo pain over hours, usually ends up with a spirited bout of vomiting. May or not have jaundice, dark urine, light stool if stone blocks bile ducts. More severe sustained pain if pancreas inflamed.
