In brief: Need physical exam
A full physical exam is needed to establish a diagnosis.
So my first rec would be to see a doctor in person. Most likely this is a migraine headache especially if you are sensitive to light and is associated with nausea and vomiting. Another cause is temporal arteritis and is worsened with tapping your temples or worsens with chewing. This could be uncontrolled blood pressure as well.
