I agree with dr. Mutnick's answer. There are also wrist bands that use the principle's of acupuncture-acupressure to stimulate a point on your wrist that could decrease or eliminate your nausea.
Please do get an evaluation by your physician if your nausea is lasting longer than a few days, you are losing weight, have pain, fever, or cannot drink liquids.

Tums/maalox, any bismuth alternative.
Maybe it is something you are eating making u nauseous...Or meds...Or pregnancy? Milk seems soothing but can also cause GI upset. Go with a bland diet. Tea, toast, apple sauce, bananas, rice.
