Depends. You may have had an anovulatory cycle. You may have an infection. You may have a medicaiton interaction. You may ahve many other things. This will depend on your age, your state of health, any co-morbid health conditons, you state of nutrition and many other issues. It is usually due to not ovulating this cycle. See your gyn if there is concern.
