In brief: First control acne

Acne is a complex disease treated with a variety of approaches ranging from topical anti-inflammatories, antibiotics, as well as hormonal, medical regimens and surgery.
Each case is individually treated and it is difficult to recommend a single cure. See a dermatologist first.

In brief: Acne Scarring

Residual acne scarring from cystic acne can be improved by laser resurfacing, excision of deep scars, or sometimes fillers injected into the depressed areas.
If you see a Plastic Surgeon or possibly Dermatologist they should be able to help. Controlling active outbreaks should be first though. Good Luck.
