I get terrible menstrual cramps, which do not go away with advil, tylenol, (acetaminophen) motrin, midal, or a heating pad. What should I do to relieve my pain?

Try OCPs. Start taking oral contraceptive pills not for birth control, but for period control. You may have better luck with prescription anaprox (naproxen) ds. Another option would be to start Depo Provera injections every 3 months - most women stop having periods altogether. In your case, if you are not having periods, you will not be having severe menstrual pain.
